Lion House is a 20,000 square feet dilapidated warehouse sitting on a vacant site of some 0.7 acres in Southall that is slated for redevelopment into residential accommodation.
Previous consents on the site include a 90-bedroom residential care home and a residential development of 26 units comprising a mix of houses and flats.
A new 100% flatted and denser scheme is now being promoted in conjunction with a substantial housing association to make the most efficient use of the site.
Planning consent is expected to be granted in mid-2019.
