Isleworth

Station Works, Isleworth forms part of a larger land assembly in Isleworth within the London Borough of Hounslow.

Planning permission has recently been granted for a mixed-use scheme of 31 residential flats and two retail units on part of the site owned by our partners, Network Housing Group.

Both parties, however, recognise, that an opportunity exists to enlarge and improve the scheme through comprehensive redevelopment and therefore there is an aspiration to bring forward a revised proposal.

Both parties are currently in discussions with the LPA to progress an application.
